Founded in October 2015, the Saginaw Community Writing Center is the first community writing center in the state of Michigan. This Center is staffed by trained Saginaw Valley State University tutors to help any member of the Saginaw community with any writing project. We can help you with writing a college application essay, crafting an effective resume and cover letter, crafting a short story or poem - - or any other type of writing you might want. One-on-one tutoring is held from 4-7:30. In addition to one-on-one tutoring, our November 14th session will focus on writing poetry (6-7:30pm) and our November 28th session will focus on creative writing (6-7:30pm).
